Jaynie Parmenter is a professional creative (working in music, theatre, and visual arts). She graduated from The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City (2020), where she studied musical theatre. After living and working in the city for six years, she has returned to her home of the capital region. Notable credits include: receiving the Proctor's High School Musical Theatre Award for Best Actress in her role as Mary Poppins in 2017 and continued on to perform and compete at The Jimmy Awards, on Broadway in the Minskoff Theatre. She continued on to perform Off-Broadway in "The Dolls of New Albion" as Annabel McAlistair, performing in a new musical Beethoven: Live in Concert (Vivaldi/Ensemble), choreographing dance sequences for Dirty Sweater Productions' "Dead Man Dance" and "Rustler's Promenade" films, and directing Voorheesville Elementary School's spring musicals ("101 Dalmatians Kids" and "Finding Nemo Kids").
